Waiting times have never been under 30 mins and a few times over one hour. (The nurse is an exeption).
- I was once prescribed a hormonal cream for my fave to which I had reacted badly in the past (the cream left me without pigment where applied). I caught it in time, but otherwise no one would have checked my medical history.
- Appointments messed up and rescheduled four times in a row.

The staff made me feel very at ease.

Easy to get appointments that could be improved?
Privacy needed at reception desk somekind of system to afford privacy when speaking to receptionist.
